In this scenario the modern management concept is mainly set of skills like vision leadership, motivation, excellence in work, achieving goals, attitude towards work, and nature of individual, decision- making and planning. All these things are discussed in Gita with a very sharp insight and analysis to consider it still relevant and it can be a part of modern management syllabus. In it lord said a lot about managerial techniques in a very simple way.

It is very much relevant in terms of management, it acknowledge us about managerial skills and now let we re-examine some of the modern management concepts in the light of Gita which is a primer of management by value that is utilization of available resources, achieving goals, attitude towards work these are managerial quality which requires planning, vision, leadership, motivation, excellence in work, and proper decision-making and all these skill of an effective manager is in Arjun and it is seen during the curtain raiser before the Mahabharata War when rival choose Sri Krishna's large army for his help while Arjuna selected Sri Krishna' s wisdom for his support. This episode gives us clue for his proper decision-making, planning and vision.

The ideas contained in the Gita tackle the issues form minute level of human thinking because once the basic thinking of man is improved it will automatically enhance the quality of his actions and their results and management simply needs those who practise what they preach. This leadership quality is prescribed very well in it. The leader must also be extremely practical, intensively dynamic and capable of motivating and translating dreams into reality.

The ultimate message of Geeta for Management and Managers is using his spirit of intense action not for his own benefit, not for satisfying his own greed and desire, but for using his action for the good of many as Arjun does with a proper vision, strategy, decision-making and leading the war.
